Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. The General Manager will work closely with the Company President to set objectives, develop strategic plans, maintain the company's health and profitability, and provide leadership and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Summary of Position: Collaborate with the Company President to establish company objectives, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of set goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to each direct report.
• Oversee Finances/Cash Flow: Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure financial stability and profitability by monitoring expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
• Manage Day-to-Day Financial Transactions: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, reconcile bank statements, and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with External Accountants: Liaise with external accountants for year-end audits and tax filings to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Administer HR Functions: Maintain employee records, process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in Recruitment Efforts: Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the on boarding process for new employees.
• Provide General Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars for managers, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will bring a versatile skill set, including proficiency in accounting software, a strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent organizational abilities to contribute to the success of our dynamic and growing company.
• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR, or administration.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books) and Microsoft Office Suite/Libre.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage up effectively, providing clear and concise updates to managers on project progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
